Duties of Senior Functionaries
  1. To be overalll incharge of the Registry unit.

  2. To supervise the Administration, Accounts, Caretaking and Registry wing of the Lokayukta Office.

  3. To perform the functions of Head of Department.

  4. To perform the various functions in respect of Registry for the office of Lokayukta on the pattern of Delhi High Court.

  5. To watch the progress of various cases registered in the office of the Lokayukta.

  6. To assist the Lokayukta/Up-Lokayukta in disposal of various cases.

  7. To fix up the matter of hearing in consultation with the Lokayukta/Up-Lokayukta.

  8. To ensure compilation of various provisions of Lokayukta Act/Rules framed thereunder.

  9. To assist the Lokayukta/Up-Lokayukta in discharge of the functions on the pattern of the High Courts.

  10. To provide the copies of the order passed by the Lokayukta to various agencies/offices/petitioners etc.

  11. To prepare annual report on behalf of the Lokayukta.

  12. To monitor the progress of various cases and action taken report thereon.

  13. To place matter before the Lokayukta/Up-Lokayukta as per powers conferred upon each of them.

  14. To ensure implementation of provisions contained in section 12,13, 14 & 16 of the Act.

  15. Any other functions assigned by the Lokayukta/Up-Lokayukta.
